We create safe opportunities wherein organisations can develop their infrastructure and build capacity. Time-Out Assessment Centre uses occupational standards to provide a framework for organisational progression.
In 2003 Mary and Ann were contracted by the Community Justice National Training Organisation (CJNTO) as Human Resource Advisors to introduce interactive software (Capability Builder) to community and voluntary groups working in the justice sector across N Ireland. This tool encouraged organisations to use occupational standards for human resource management – preparation of job descriptions and personnel specifications; selection and recruitment of staff and volunteers; supervision and appraisal of staff; and staff development.
City and Guilds awarded Assessment Centre staff a ‘Medal for Excellence’ in recognition of "those who have achieved results by producing exceptional work- going above and beyond what is expected to achieve their goals”.
